Hi Natalya, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started my career in private aviation, working closely with high-net-worth individuals and understanding the nuances of luxury travel and access. That experience naturally evolved into building deeper relationships with investors and founders, which led me into venture capital and deal structuring.
Today, I operate at the intersection of private aviation, capital, and curated experiences — connecting people, opportunities, and capital in a very intentional way. It's been an organic journey shaped by relationships, instinct, and a strong focus on positioning myself in rooms where meaningful conversations happen.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn't been a straight line. Breaking into spaces that are traditionally relationship-driven and often male-dominated required resilience and a lot of patience. There were moments where I had to prove myself more than once, and times when opportunities didn't materialize despite strong effort.
But those challenges shaped my approach — more selective, more strategic, and ultimately more confident in the value I bring. I've learned that consistency and positioning matter just as much as talent.

Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
I believe luck is often a reflection of preparation meeting the right environment. Of course, timing and chance play a role — but being ready to recognize and act on opportunities is what truly makes the difference.
Some of the most pivotal moments in my career came from being in the right room — but staying in that room required consistency, trust, and follow-through. So while luck may open the door, it's discipline and relationships that keep it open.
